  4. Motion to set public hearing for June 14th at 7:00 pm to expend up to $3,600 of funds from the Community Preservation Reserve Fund to pay for the acquisition of parcel 86.14-2-1 in the Town of New Paltz.
  5. Authorization for Supervisor to enter into professional services with Walden Environmental Engineering for assistance with the Ohioville Wastewater Treatment Plant
  6. Authorization for Supervisor to authorize Amendment #1 to the agreement with Sunlight to install solar panels at the landfill
  7. Authorization to hire Lee Wright and Theodore Lizewski as Court Officers at a rate of $25/hour with a start date of June 6th, 2023
  8. Authorization to modify the adopted 2023 budget for contract settlements as follows:
  9. Authorization to approve water meter rental agreement with New Paltz Storage for temporary watering of new plantings
  10. Authorization to hire Rebecca Brainard as a part-time Municipal Code Officer Building Inspector at $25.00/hour, with a start date of May 22nd, 2023
  11. Authorization to hire Alejandro Valle as a full-time Municipal Code Officer Building Inspector at $25.00/hour, with a start date of May 31st, 2023
