1. Executive session to discuss personnel

2. Referral to Town Board: approval to use $1,057.00 from the computer reserve line to purchase a new system to comply with discovery requests. The current computer systems are not capable of processing and uploading the number and size of video files we’re producing to Ulster County system

3. Referral to Town Board: accept the resignation of part-time Dispatcher Colleen Maher

4. Referral to Town Board: approval to resume background investigation on 1 part-time dispatcher and 2 part-time police officer applicants that were put on hold in 2020 due to budget freeze

5. Approval to interview part-time dispatcher and police officer applicants.

6. Review proposed new oath of office for all police officer and dispatcher applicants. New oath to read:“I, ______________________ do solemnly swear that I will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of New York: and abide by the rules and regulations of the New Paltz Police Department without consideration to a person’s race, age, color, sex, gender identity, religious creed, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, handicap or disability; and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of ______________ with fidelity and to the best of my ability.”
